This afternoon in Las Vegas, Huawei held its CES 2016 press event. The company announced new hardware including the Huawei Watch Elegant and Gold, GX8, MediaPad M2 10, and Nexus 6P in Matte Gold. Huawei also reiterated statistics that were lightly discussed a few weeks ago. Quite clearly, Huawei is becoming a true force around the world.
- Over $20 billion in revenue generated in 2015
- More than 100 million devices shipped in 2015
- Ranked third largest global smartphone brand
- Large market share increases in China, Spain, Portugal, Polan, New Zealand, Peru, and Costa Rica
