OnePlus has announced they have started rolling out an update for the OxygenOS operating system on the OnePlus 2. The update bumps the version number up to OxygenOS 2.2.1.
According to a staff member with OnePlus, the update includes the following:
- support for the RAW image format in the OnePlus Camera app
- improvements to Bluetooth and Ultra SIM compatibility
- an upgrade to GMS 3.0
- improvements to address roaming issues
- a fix for an image corruption issue in the OnePlus Camera app
- security patches
- support for the Romanian language
The image corruption issue is likely similar to the same problem that was recently addressed via a small update for the OnePlus X.
