How to Solve Bhim Device Binding Failed Problem?
1] First of all, make sure that you have enabled internet. If data is turned off, app will not work & you will get the error.
2] Secondly, if the internet speed is slow then there are high chances of getting device binding error.
3] To solve the issue, you can do 2 things : either uninstall app & then download it again from play store or clear the data from settings.
Account does not exists while choosing bank
Most of the times you will face problem while selecting bank account. App will give notification like ‘error fetching bank accounts’ or ‘transaction has failed’. So how to get rid of this problem? Here are some solutions that you can try out:
1] While signing up on the app, you have chosen a sim card which is not linked to your bank account.
2] So, while registering an account make sure to insert the sim on which you receive bank messages.
If this didn’t solved the issue, then use following method.
How to change the number linked with BHIM app?
1] Goto settings > apps > clear data of bhim application. Else simply uninstall & install the app again.
2] Open app and follow instructions given on the screen.
3] Grand all permissions (calls & messages).
4] At the time of mobile verification, select the sim which is linked to your bank account.
5] No otp will be sent, instead you will be taken to enter passcode.
6] Now choose your bank & this time you won’t face any problems.
