YONO is primarily a digital banking application available in both desktop mode as well as an app in smartphones. It was introduced into the market on 24th November 2017 by Finance minister Arun Jaitley. YONO stands for You Need Only One. Basically it was initiated as part of extension plans of online banking services of State bank Of India (SBI). One can use these services of YONO to manage their accounts on the go and also make payments at various offline and online retail enterprises, cab services, food chains, also on multiple online shopping portals across India. YONO also enables its users with basic services like fund transactions, loan related details, bank account opening option and credit card bill payments are some of the services available.
A common issue plaguing most of the YONO users these days is an error named m005 error. In the middle of a transaction multiple users have reported till now that they have got such error “M005: Cannot process now. Please try again later” While trying to transact using YONO app on android and iOS platforms.

There are multiple ways to solve this M005 error. The direct way is to raise a complaint in either YONO app or on the web portal stating the exact account details of the user appropriately and the details of the error message. This would then be rectified by the YONO online service team.
