Hindustan petroleum, commonly known as HP, is now offering a cashless program for all your fueling options, from diesel to petrol and also the LPG cylinders. This has been done after this government’s initiative to make India a cashless economy. You can now use the program to pay your HP bills online.
About the program
This program needs you to download the HP refuel app from play-store or use it’s website to get your account registered. You can then add recharges to your HP wallet. The wallet can then be used in the gas-stations for payments instead of cash.
To encourage you all to use this method of payment, HP has signed a deal with Loyalty Solutions and Research Private Limited (LSRPL). The two of them have jointly started an initiative called “PAYBACK”. HP has influenced sponsors such as ICICI as it’s banking partner and some others such as shopping and coupons agencies like BigBazar and MakeMyTrip. The payments via the app can get you coupons which you can then use to redeem freebies and cashbacks directly to your account.
You can also invite people to use this scheme and earn extra cash and coupons benefits.
Registration and Availability
Registration for this programme is simple. You can use both the app, which you can download from play-store and the website to fill in the required details. You’ll also be requiring your desired method of banking.
This program is available for fuel stations at all major cities and urban settlements. You can simply scan the QR through your app and you’re done with the payment, hassle-free and cashless.
A major pro of this scheme is you can use this to monitor your fueling scores. It can help you tally your total fuel consumption and the money you spend on your average fueling, all in addition to the other freebies that we’ve talked above.
