To help promote medium and small scale retailers with their businesses online, Google Pay, India’s largest payments app, brought into market their business version. The app aims to help India in its vision of a cashless economy, and to prevent the hassle of having to deal in cash.
Signing up
To be able to sign up for a business account, you need to have a PAN number.
For signing up, follow :
- Download Gpay business.
- Enter your mail id.
- Enter the basic details like business and display name, kind of business.
- Add the location of your business/shop, with pincode.
- Add a mobile number to your business account.
- Enter PAN number and PAN photograph.
- Enter bank account details, with IFSC code.
Approval & Verification
After submission of the credentials, your application will be reviewed and approved by the company, which may take anywhere between 1-2 business days. The approval typically happens between minutes. Verify your business using a video call, which will be done to verify your documents by the agent.
Google Pay Business Customer Care Number & Help desk

Go on to
- Register a complaint and drop your issue using your user ID and password.

- Alternatively, you can leave reviews at their PlayStore portal, or connect to them at their Twitter handle @GooglePay, or more specifically @GooglePayIndia
Note this isn’t the business specific handle, and is meant for the entirety of Google pay, including the regular account.
